Game sharing on ps4

Hi looking for some info

Me and my brother both have ps4, If I have cod black ops 3 on digital download, can I activate my ps4 as his primary so we can both play the game together I.e we can play online together with our own psn names

Your brother logs in on his ps4 with your details, activates his ps4 as primary, downloads cod, then logs in on his name. You log in your ps4 keeping it as the secondary console and away you go.

So are you saying you can buy one game between two people now? And both play at the same time or seperatly?

Yes downloaded one copy of black ops 3 and was playing it together online on seperate consoles, and fallout 4
