which would you recommend for a home cinema on a Denon ADV 3805 amp
Read reviews along time ago and from what i remember, sound quality was similay - the extra money for the Gallos is down to style.
Gallos.. they're fantastic and in a different league to the Kef eggs...

Depending on your room size both of these models will also require a decent sub for full range sound.
As far as Micro's vs. KHT then I'd go with Micro's every time - much less coloured than KHT; the Micro's work much better with Music than KHT (though they can be revealing of your source and amp).
Your AVR-3805 will drive either option.
would say that you must listen to the new Energy Take series of speakers as it seems to be one of the best designed satellites available in the market and a much better choice than the two sets you mentioned especially with a receiver in the level of the 3805.
Try them before buying!
gallos are good but micros i have always found a bit too weedy, A'Diva are much better, but a lot more money..........if you are after discrete lifestyle speakers there is more choice almsot daily......Cabasse, Def Tech, Canton, BOSE, KEf 5005 B&W VM series etc etc loads of choice.........
... or Orb 2s from Orb Audio, if you want to save some money but like the spherical look...
I, too, felt the Micros were too weedy, especially as a centre speaker. If you did want to go Gallo, I'd only be tempted by A'Due centre, A'diva (or Due) fronts, and Diva or micro rears...
