    My current setup is:

Marantz SR5400 AV, Panasonic E50 DVD
    Mordaunt Short 304 Center
    Gale 3010s Front & Rear
    Whafedale Moviestar Sub

With limited space I can't get into serious speakers and don't like the high tech pod looking ones.

Having gotten a little more into it am thinking of standardising the setup with the Mordaunt Short Home Theatre pack which looks to be around £200-280. I was intending to replace bits gradually so have been looking for bargain MS 302 pair(s).

Is this a worthwhile upgrade worthy of incurring wrath of the missus?

    One last question:

Cheap Gale speaker wire - free from Richer Sounds or QED micro?

Have used the Gale at present but would need a bit more QED to use that for all speakers, did not want to mix leads.

    Thanks

    Steve

Have started to switch over to QED. The wife thinks the Gale looks pink and wil get even more stressed if it turns green. Local shop had run out of QED so hope to have it next weekend. They do it for £1.35 per metre.
