Galaxy Nexus has been in the washing machine

    Other then the phone in rice/container job.

    Is their any other things that can be done? For example, if it does not work do samsung repair these problems or is the phone pretty much dead !!!

    Ouch! A full cycle?

    I suppose all you can do if leave it in the rice etc for as long as possible and hope!

    make sure u take battery, sim card and back cover off, then put the phone into the container of rice so that the water is absorbed into the rice for around one day.


    Then put it into the airing cupboard in room temperature to dry out the phone and battery for about one day.

    This should work and once dried, the phone should be back to life.
