    Hello,

    I started using FE last month and have ordered several dvds. I got my credit card statement and discovered they've charged me twice for 2 of the films. Has anyone has similiar experience? have you got your refund? How are FE like over something like this? Do you think they'll deny my claims?

    I've sent them an email, but wanted to get your opinions/experiences in the mean time.

    One lesson here is, always check your statements.

    i cant see them trying to deny their have charged you twice for the films
    it is in black & white on your bank statement

    It has probably been caused by how you closed your final window when you placed the order with them.
    This links to the billing system and it does say you must close the window by clicking on the close hotlink in the middle of the screen. It says if you don't do this or do back or similar the transaction will be submitted again so you are double charged.

    Should get a refund as they can see only one order was made.

    I use Future and they are very good at giving a refund ,
    This has not happened to me ,
    You must have hit back thats how you will order the film & pay
    twice for it ,

    Phone them and they will look into it ,

    Thanks for the encouragement. I'm sure I did't click on the back button, but I could of closed the window other than the button on their website window.
    I've had a reply from FE. Just have to wait for them to check their records.
