Hi everyone, as you'll know i have had serious problems with every panasonic pj ive owned and am looking to change to a different model. Whilst I was in leeds this afternoon i thought i'd pop into the sony centre and get their opinion of the hs50 and whether it would be suitable for my use. Went in the store and asked the sales rep if i could speak to someone about the new hs50 pj, he looked at me as if i'd just sprouted an extra head and wandered off to find someone else, after about 5 mins he came back and said that he had never heard of let alone seen a hs50 so would not be able to give me any info, i immediately wandered outside to check the sign on the front of the shop, went back inside to a puzzled look from the sales guy, "just checking to see if this was the sony centre" i said, he didnt seem amused by my antics so i obtained sonys help line number from him and left. what the fudge of all the places to go and ask about a sony product i thought that "the sony center" would be a good starting point. Not a good start for their customer service IMO , will have to go elsewhere for my advise i suppose.
