Fully wired scart

    I have come across a fully wired scart, what is the difference to a normal RGB SCART?? and is there any difference in pic. quality??

    fully wired has all21 pins connected an RGB capable scart is a 21 pin scart and RGB only scart has only the pins for RGB video wired.
    So no sound some people think it gives a better image but depends what you are using it to connect to, a decent 21 pin willl be fine for most TV's up to 32" or 36"
