Hi there,
After recently buying my new LCD im after 3 HDMI cables to use with it.

I need one of them to be about 3m and the other 2 can be 1.5 - 2m.

Now by the genereal concensus of things, its not worth money buying an expensive HDMI cable. So my main question is since I will be watching Blurays I should probably get a Full 1080p certified cable.
Now im not sure if im right in thinking that it the company displays the Full HD logo then then must be legaly approved to support Full HD.

I was looking at these ones but am a going a little bit too cheap?

HDMI 1
HDMI 2
HDMI 3

Would be great if someone could give me some pointers in what to look for in a cable.

Thanks

Hi,

You can get cables that are HDMI ATC tested, but these generally are higher quality or higher priced than your average cable.

Our Premium Gold range are and can be found below.

HDMI Premium Gold

However it doesn't mean that a cheaper / lower quality cable would not work. As if you read the link provided by Joe you will find.

Best Regards

Chris

Thanks alot for the links, really informative.
In the end I decided to go for the medium priced cables from UKHDMI. I have to say, I bought one cheapish one and two reasonably priced ones (£10) and the difference in build quality alone is really noticable. The slightly more expensive ones have better end connectors and the cable has a strong protective coating.

Thanks!
