Full factory reset of Xbox 360

I'm selling my 360 and would like to fully default it to the original factory settings. I would also like my gamertag and downloads deleting from the console. I've not used my 360 in a while so am not familiar with how I would go about this. Any pointers?

go to my xbox then to the far right you have got settings in there is a option to set xbox back to factory settings

You also need to Format your Hard drive to get rid of your profile/gamertag etc...
My Xbox, System settings, Memory then Y I think to give you the option to format the HDD. (you need to have the serial number of the xbox for it to format)

I did this yesterday but I got a code from YouTube on how to reset it. Something like left rigger, right trigger, left button, right button, xyx or something like that...
