RAW is all very good, but most consumers don't want to go to the lengths of post processing all their images. My question is will Fuji still insist on only giving one level of jpg compression, that is, very high, which results in digital artifacts in the final image. Loads of other manufacturers give several levels compression to choose from, so why can't Fuji? Having previously owned a Fuji, I can honestly say that it was an excellent camera that was only let down by the final, highly compressed, jpg image it produced.
