could anyone out there tell me what would be a similar camera to the fuji e550 in the canon range ie features value for money etc,i do like the e550 but i have read some negative reviews about the indoor shots it takes,i'm looking for point and shoot but maybe with a few decent extras like decent movies and sound which the e550 has, i'm looking between £160-£180, i would appreciate some positive feedback as i am a total novice.

    cheers guys.

Urgh? The E550 has good reviews as far as im aware.
I tested one recently and considering the £149 price its excellent value.
I advised a total novice to buy it, they did and it does the job. It took some excellent shots in Kenya imho.
Its a bit plasticy but its what you`d expect.

canon, i used a fuji A(something- 80 possibly), a fuji S5500 and a canon 20D this evening and well obviously the canon 20D was the easiest to use, followed by the canon compact and then the fuji, the girl who owns the fuji is disapointed with it

    get an A95, great camera
