Hi Guys/Gals
Sorry to post here but I couldn't find an alternative.
I'm trying to set up FTP access on my web server (Windows Server 2008 R2) and have, to a certain degree, been able to do so.
When I use the CMD line from a windows box outside of my network I can log in, but when I type dir *.* i get the following error message:
501 Server cannot accept argument.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection.
When I use internet explorer [IE9] to navigate to ftp://ftp.mydomain.co.uk i am able to submit the log in credentials but them I am faced with the "Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Page" error.
Port forwarding has been set up on my Virginmedia (not so)Super Hub and my firewall on the server.
Any ideas where I've gone wrong?
