FTP Client for mac with auto sync

Been trying to work this out for a few days and I may be trying to do something that is not possible.

I want to be able to have a folder(s) on my mac and sync it to a folder(s) on my website using a FTP client.

I have tried Trasmit, yummy, and Cyperduck. All seam to work ok but I can not figure out how to make the sync automatic, so that it automatically syncs the folders.

Ideally i was looking for FTP version of chronosync.

Any ideas............

Or if you like shell scripts, lftp has got the mirror command within which is good...

Or FTPsync which is useful as well...
