Just watched "Who Framed Roger Rabbit: Special Edition (5.1/DTS) (2 Discs)".

For the first time ever had a problem with disk playback. Using Sony 9000SE the disk locked up a few times. Picture frozen for 20 seconds then plays on.

Nothing to see on the disk, dust/scratches etc. I didn't stop to find out if it happens at same points on replay. In fact didn't see the end of the film. Fell asleep due to large curry!

Anyone else getting the same problem?

I have the 2 disc R1 copy. So here are a few questions

1.) Were you watching the fullframe version on disc one or the 16:9 enhanced version on disc two.

2.) Sure it wasn't just a bad layer change?

    I had no problems.

    Hi Xusia Of Delos,

Disk two, 16:9 anamorphic. Not layer change, it happened about three times. Layer changes no longer than a second, if that.

I'll have another look at it tonight to see if it happens at the same point each time.

    Miles.
