    Hi all,

I bought my house at auction a year ago. I found this fourm about 6 months ago and have been hooked ever since.

With the house, we've had to completely renovated it. We stripped everything back to brick work. New electric, plumbing the works.

I've been slowly building up my equipment and have finally managed to get some pics together. I've included some pics from begining through to the nearly completed front room.

Give your thoughts and views so far.

(HD box has just been ordered!)

Hi Juddy, really nice m8. Like the sofa. Looks quite an old house, going by the "Laundry" on the brickwork. Are you not putting the speakers either side of the tv ?

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your comments.

The other half insisted on the chaise longue, but we also have a 3 and a two seater that match. look very nice

I've got wall speakers in the corners of the room with the TV for the 5.1 surround sound and a sub also. Only out the TV up yesterday.

I'm not happy with the centre speaker though, i'mgoing to have to figure out what i can do to make it more asthetic.

The laundry sign was a real suprise, but thought it was worth taking a pic of.

Looks really cool m8, i would've been tempted to leave that part of the brickwork exposed. Nice seeing it all come together tho aint it ?

That laundry marking is so cool, some real history there. Shame you had to cover it in a way :). Looks like you've made a nice job of it mate, particularly liking that wood flooring.

all the hard work over the last year is starting to payoff with rooms starting to look finished.

New project, which i'll start soon is my gaming room.

Projector etc..... but gotta few other things to get finished first.

The date on the laundry sign is 100 years old. Interesting find when clearing the house
