Contemplating moving to plusnet for no other reason than to take advantage of a better deal .
Could somebody who has moved ,not necessarily to plusnet ,advise if I can still use my you view box that I received From bt ?
I'm assuming I can ,or do bt lock it,is there programmes and movies that I will lose from its hard drive ?will catch up and full functionality still be ok .
Grateful for some pointers and issues I may have with moving .
Thank you

I don't think you'll lose any recordings or functionality other than the BT Sport channels...if you had them as part of your BT contract.

Thank you ,you're right but that didn't stop the bt agent telling me I would !
Cut a long story short I stayed with bt ,got an initial reduction ,haggled a bit more and ended up with a 33% saving over 12 months ,working out at around £140 ,can't complain at that ,not far short of what plus net would have saved me and I keep bt sport ,wifi anywhere and no hassle with migrating to another ISP .
