I'm pretty sure it is, but just want a confirmation. It's a Mini HiFi system with home theater speakers, sub, etc.I have to turn it ALL the way up to hear just a little music. I don't want to junk the receiver/cd, but repairing would probably cost half of a new one? Can I buy an seperate amp and hook it up to this system? I have Line Out RCA's in the back. Suggestions? Thanks.

If they're pre-amp outs (pre-out labelled) then an ext amp will do it :D

I wish! No, the remote was lost long before this happened. It has regular Line Outs RCA's on the back.
