French Connection Announced For UK

Fox Home Entertainment UK has announced that they will bring 'The French Connection' to Blu-ray on December 1st. Also available on that same day, the release will be packaged with its sequel - 'The French Connection II' - as a two-film set. Both releases will feature 1080p AVC video accompanied by DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks.

Recent DNR indiscretions aside, Fox usually produces very authentic looking encodes and I can't wait to view these classics in all their grainy HD glory.
