 Hi, I am from Milton Keynes and my TV signal is via NTL cable (just the basic pachage i.e BBC1,2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky1, News24). Can I connect a Freeview box to this or do I need a roof/loft aerial to be able to get Freeview??

You will need to feed the Freeview box from a terrestrial digital source either via an indoor or rooftop aerial, cable networks do not carry the DTT signals:)

Always worth checking that you are in a DTT coveage area, postcode checker here.
