I am aware that the Philips DTR500 freeview reveiver has RGB passthrough from the "VCR" scart to the "TV" scart which would enable a DVD player and the freeview receiever to share a single RGB scart socket on the TV. The DVD player would be connected to the "VCR" scart input on the freeview reveiver which then feeds this to the TV when the freeview reveiver is in standby.
Do any users have views on the Philips freeview receiver and do they use the RGB passthrough facility?
Are there any other freeview receivers which also have the facility to pass an RGB signal from the "VCR" scart to the "TV" scart and what are they like?

The Digifusion FVRT100 PVR has RGB passthrough and I use that for my DVD player. No problem at all.

I have a couple of boxes, all of which seem to happily passthrough RGB.

    1. Netgem i-Player.
    2. Pace DT210F.
    3. Humax 8000T80.
