Freeview on a 2nd tv without an ariel

i should have said that im after a non wire soultion, would the splitter require no extra wires from freeview box downstairs to tv upstairs,

He means a splitter from the aerial...aerial in to splitter, one output to Freeview box in one room, the other output to Freeview box in another room.

Is it possible to do it,

To send a signal wirelessly to the 2nd TV you would need to use a "Video Sender" which takes the signal from the scart output of a Freeview box in one location and transmits it to its receiver unit plugged in to the TV at the remote location...the strength of signal received is governed by the distance and walls etc.
If you are in the UK you can buy these ar Argos or Maplins etc.
