Freeview - no signal quality

Hi,

I have a freeview box which has been working fine, but stopped working when I turned it on this weekend and now no channels can be found.

The signal strength remains at around 60%, which is what it has always been, but the quality has dropped to 2%.

I tried the freeview box at a friends house and it worked fine. Both the strength and quality were good, so it can't be a faulty box.

Does anyone know why the signal strength may be fine but there is no quality?

Any help greatly appreciated!
