Freeview - No Service Message

I have a Thomson DTI1000 Freeview Box which works fine most of the time however at certain times i get a message saying No Service this is usually on the ITV channels however It was also displayed on More 4 channel last night, are some programs blocked or do you think this is a fault with my Box?
