I have a Grundig digibox from a previous sky installation. Can I use this for freeview purposes? Do I need any of the free to view cards or will my old viewing card work? As its going to be used in an upstairs room, the television does not have scart socket so do I connect it through the VCR (assuming it will work)?
Any help much appreciated, thanks, Aitch

I've just upgraded & my old box without any card in receives BBC (all I think) & several other channels but not ITV . C4, C5 or some others you might expect. Sky charge about £25 (one off) for a freeview card. I don't know why but Sky into scart VCR is not always staight forward.
