I have a pace sky+ box but I've ended my subscription to Sky along time ago.

I can get the freeview channels using the sky+ receiver.

But is there anyway of using the sky+ box to record freeview channels without subscripting to Sky?

    :lease:

You can not get all of the Freeview channels, you can get the FTA channels carried on Dsat plus the three FTV channels that require a smartcard. FTN, TMF, ITV2 etc are subscription only on Dsat.
Don't be fooled into thinking this is the same as the DTT Freeview service:)

As for enabling the recording feature, you have to pay for the service or have a suitable channel package.
