Freeview Channels Missing After Retune

I retuned my Freeview cards today as i got a second Nova-T. However i now seem to be missing several channels and they dont seem to come back if i retune several times

Can you manually add channels somehow?

Presumably you used an aeriel splitter to allow you to feed the second Nova-T. So now the problem is that your signal is too weak & you are losing multiplexes. You will probably be able to fix it with a 1-in 2-out signal booster that cost about ten pounds from Argos. If that doesn't work you may need to upgrade &/or realign your aerial.

I've unplugged one of the cards' aerial connection and it doesn't help
The connection was always split as it fed my TV before i got this second card.

Surely there's some way to manually add the channels though?
