I've got a Pace box, which I've had since Ondigital started out.I can get all the channels, but some are not on the channel numbers they should be.e.g.BBCi is where BBC4 should be.I've updated to receive ABC1 and ITV3(no problem)but is there any way I can get the channels into all the right locations?

Have you done a "store channels" or just an "add"? Store is what's needed.

If the Pace is like my old Nokia ondigital box then you can move channels. Go into the "setup/getting started" menu and there should be a change channels selection. I recently bought a newer box and this facility was no longer there.

As nigel suggested do a store as this will remove any channels no longer there.
