    Hi all

Just had a text from my mum from her hospital bed asking if i can buy her a freeview box to give to my dad for crimbo, as she can't get to the shops  . As i only have a few days, the internet is out. Also i'd rather avoid the high st due to the chaos that ensues so close to xmas. That leaves me with the following options which are in one of the 3 retail parks round the corner.

    Comet
    Currys
    Powerhouse
    PC World

Does anyone know of a decent, cheap freeview box i can get from one of these (£50 ish)

To help you out, i have just been to the various websites and these are my options

    Comet
    Samsung SDT7000+ £40
    Sagem ITD62 £40
    Philips DTR1500 £50

    Powerhouse
    Daewoo DS608P £50
    Bush DFTA3 £50

    Currys
    Techwood TWDFV1 £45
    Fusion FRT101 £50

    Any recommendations?

    Cheers

    Brighty
