Freesat red button

Hello, a lady I know has a Goodmans freesat box and enjoys watching the olympics. However, there's a problem with the red button facility. She clicks the red button, then clicks on olympics which takes her to the screen with pictures showing what's available, when she then clicks on her choice nothing happens. Could someone please suggest how to rectify this ? One other thing, her Goodmans freesat box retunes automatically.

The 24 Olympic channels should be in her epg on channels 151 to 174. She should be able to see what's on and view like any other channel. No need to use the red button.

If they aren't there carry out a freesat retune.
