FREESAT ITV+1 channel 112 and ITV channel 111 missing

Just bought an OLED55CX5LB and very pleased with it apart from one or two setup problems. We only get 21 FREEVIEW channels here so use FREESAT from most TV which is why I like LG as it has a built in satellite decoder. My old LG TV worked just fine all the FREESAT channels. New one seemed fine but wanted ITV+1 and it wasn't there, channels 111 and 112 were missing from the EPG. Tried various things and got it on raw satellite so no problem with LNB or dish. Realised that my old TV had a Bedford post code in it and my new one a Dorset post code. Can't really understand why it cares for satellite as you can chose regional BBC elsewhere and nothing else makes a difference. So I reset my new TV to my old Bedford post code and yes on re-tuning I now have ITV+1. Just thought this might help others.

freesat uses your postcode to decide what regional variations you get.
it's possible that ITV+1 does not get added to the EPG for that postcode.

that would be something to take up with freesat, not LG
