Is it generally recomended that u replace the scart lead that comes with Sky for a "better quality" one, or will this make little,or no difference, to the picture quality?

Connecting sky to tv scart to scart.

    Any opinions?

Like all these things it does depend on the rest of your equipment. Spending £40 or £50 on an IXOS Scart lead to feed a 21" telly is probably overkill and you may not tell any difference. Spending £40 or £50 if you are feeding a RP Tosh or similar does clean up and brighten the picture.

More expensive Scarts do tend to have better shielding therefore reducing the chances of other "nasties" though.
