Free to view but no BBC Choice!

I got myself one of those dinky Pace free-to-view boxes (to replace Telewest Digital) and connected it to my very average terestrial ariel. Set it off looking for channels and it found loads and the quality is very good.

However - I don't seem to have BBC Choice (which I watch quite a bit). Has anyone else had problems getting this channel?

Hold on... I think I may have just found the answer to my question:

From the BBC website's list of free channels:

BBC CHOICE (to be replaced by BBC THREE)

And my Pace box found BBC3 but it hasn't started yet - it sounds as though it will though when the BBC officially launch the free to view service in two days time.

I think BBC 3 / Choice only starts transmitting in the evenings, so look later. (After 700pm)

 

BBC Choice = BBC 3 = After 7pm
(should get a blue screen with white text explaining when the channel transmits)
