It was built in 2013, wooden frame with canvas stretched over it and then painted with the famous Black Widow II paint. Result is a very good grey screen with slight gain. The frame is also covered with black velvet to increase perceived contrast. It has three carrying handles on the back which can also be used to mount the screen.

It’s been stored in a garage for the last 12 months, safely tucked in a tarpaulin.

Dimensions are approx 260cm by 120cm for the frame itself. The screen area is approx 240cm x 100cm. Obviously this is a CinemaScope 2.40:1 ratio, so perfect for dedicated cinema rooms.

Collection only, you’ll probably need a van due to its length. Not heavy and manageable by one person.

Now reduced to free to whoever can collect it ASAP, needs to be gone or it'll end up in a skip :(.

    Looking for £50 £FREE.

    Price and currency: £FREE
Delivery: Goods must be exchanged in person
    Payment method: Cash on collection
    Location: Frome, Somerset
    Advertised elsewhere?: Yes
Prefer goods collected?: I prefer the goods to be collected

    Hello
I’m interested in this but about to move house from Berkshire to Dorset (would make collecting easier).
Is the screen in good nick and free from ripples?

Yes as far as I know it's all good. There's no ripples and the paint is even, it may need a quick wipe down with a sticky roller and a duster but this was typical when it was up aswell, these things attract floaty particles like nobody's business!

When are you relocating? Nearer the time you can come and inspect if if you want, or I might be able to unwrap it and take some pics. It's just tricky because it's huge!

We’re moving in a couple of weeks, but into a rental place until my wife finds a job, so the screen would end up in the garage until we move again.

No problem, let me know if/when you've moved and are still interested. It was stored in my garage also so I can leave the tarp on for you. New place doesn't have a garage so it's just in the hallway, not too popular with SWMBO :(.

Are you any closer to being able to collect? Got someone local wanting to see it this week.

    Hi Chris
Sorry to be rubbish. We still haven’t moved. Let the other person have first refusal.
