Ford/Alpine/Autoleads

Hi there,

Originally I had a sony bluetooth head unit in my 2003 Ford Focus. I bought the autoleads stuff from Halfords to control the unit using the steering wheel controls and life was good.

Recently I've started using the handsfree side of it all and got hacked off with the poor quality of the sony so went out and got an alpine 103bt 2009 unit which is excellent.

However, I was convinced I could just swap the patch leads over and continue to use the steering controls but from buying it and fitting it ... I can't.

So, basically, is there any fix for this or does it mean going out and buying another set of leads (connects2 etc) do get them working again? Does anyone know specifically which connects2 lead I'd need as I've looked through and I'm confused (I think it's CTSFO002, but it could be CTSFO001)

Thanks for any help! Its really appreciated

Danny
