for those considering a Harmony remote

Im sure everyone will agree with my that these little gems are fantastic and tech support in canada is second to none - bear in mind im female and blonde :rotfl: the guys were sooooo helpful and more than willing to help, advice and adjust. After a few frustrating grrrrr's at the remote and the puter im now a fully fledged harmony operator. If you havent got one BOY ARE YOU MISSING OUT :lesson:

Tech support is great far more companies should operate support think that, not much point in us trying to solve issues ourselves, tech support can sort it faster and easier free call too.
