not after an x100 unfortunately, ill see if I get any more interest in the other gear as I'd really like it all to go as I don't want to be left with odds and sods at the end. Ideally like a trade for an OMD.

Thanks I'll keep you in mind, but like the post before really looking for a trade or buyers for the majority of the items.

Was your 7D bought abroad? If so, I think you may be off the mark price-wise (Canon EOS 7D DSLR Digital Camera Body Available for Sale). With that in mind, I may be tempted to swap my E-M5 kit for the 7D body (not interested in the grip or any of the lenses). I'd be looking for something like the 7D plus £500 for my black E-M5 body, two-part grip, Oly 12-50mm lens, and Oly 45mm prime. We each pay our respective postage costs.

I traded a 1dmk3 for it on another forum, at a guess yes id say its been bought abroad. I noticed digitalrev had dropped their price this morning. You would need to add another £100 to have the dial mod carried out as its not standard but i appreciate that's kind of a mute point.

What do you value your kit at so i can see what you value my 7d at?

Mine's all boxed and mint, with less than 1000 shots through, so I'd be looking for about £900 if I were selling. In terms of the trade, it's more the cost to change for you that's relevant I suppose, but I appreciate that you'll be looking to minimise the amount that you'd need to send my way.

As you say its all about getting the best deal and keeping the costs down, ive been offered £375 for the 7d by my local LCE and they always price really low. To buy your gear now would cost me £1354 as Oly are still doing the free grip or 45mm deal.

Are you prepared to negotiate since your getting a second LPE6 (genuine) and i can add some CF cards as well?

This all assumes the two interested in the other two lenses still want them as well!

Yeah, I think we can negotiate - let me know what you'd be happy to do and what would be included (e.g. unless they're decent spec high speed CF cards I'd probably not be interested as I already have some). Cheers

Incidentally, might be worth you getting a quote to buy from MPB as well. It's always less than you'd like of course, but will act as another reference point I suppose.

If it becomes available I would be interested in the grip. Can you confirm it is a Canon genuine grip and that it comes boxed with all the trays etc.

    Thanks

If I were to still be interested in the 17-50mm, it would depend on the sharpness of the copy and any front or back focussing issues - I've done some research which shows the 17-50mm non VC to be sharper, but if this on is a good copy I'd probably go for it.

I've had both mate and there's nothing between them, the VC is not far off the 17-55 i used to have but misses out on AF speed as do all the tamrons.

The VC/Non-VC is well debated and across on TP i think it comes out even now. I know there were apparently issues with the first run but thats been sorted now. I can get some pics done no problem but i'll see what PY6KM says about the 7d trade. The Non-VC has a bit of legendary status for price to performance ratio that will take some beating.

@ Christms789 yes its a genuine 7d all boxed and with the AA Battery tray.

I think I'll pass, as I've decided that a 7D isn't something I'd be interested enough in to go ahead with this.

I've been having a good think today and i think im going to archive this thread and re-start another at some point in the future. I really want a straight trade so i can get a decent amount of eqpt in one hit and not be left with anything that's essentially gathering dust.

Thanks to all who were interested and my apologies.
