Acer Iconia Tablet W510 32GB with keyboard dock.

This was bought in January 2013, so it is as new. Upgraded it to Windows 8 Pro and installed Office 2013. I also added a 64GB Micro SD.

All receipts present and the warranty is valid until January 2014. Comes with all original boxes, packaging, cables etc. etc.

My price is £425 delivered by courier. Willing to accept Paypal as long as you pay the fee.

OR TRADE FOR AN iPAD 4 32GB

    Location: West Linton

I have the disks and key for the Windows 8 Pro upgrade and a downloaded ISO for the Office 2013 and the email receipts for both. It comes with the original Windows 8 disk as well. The Office version is Pro Plus and it is the full version.

I assume this being office 2013 you couldn't sell it separately even if you wanted too? Not hugely bothered about office.

Hate that with new office, tempted by one of these but over my budget until I sell my MacBook I think. Throw an offer of £350 in fully expecting you to laugh!

I love this tablet but I do not use it as it was intended. As I do a lot of PC repairs etc. I end up using my PC most of the time - so I have bought a second hand iPad 3 16gb and that will do me.

    Morning!

How much of the 32gb is left after the installation of windows 8 pro and office?

Interested but concerned at it being the 32 rather than the 64, despite the additional micro sd obviously.

Because Office is also installed there is about 16GB left. Remember with the extra 64gb it is bigger than the actual 64gb one. Plus you have 1 full USB and a Micro to full USB and a mini HDMI.

I forgot to add I have the mini to full HDMI adaptor as well.

Is it possible to save space by uninstalling all the other elements of office except Word? It's probably the only element of it I'd actually use.

Also wonder if I can make a wee request? I use a programme called digital voice editor by Sony to help transcribe a lot of recordings I use in my day job - I'd need to know if it was compatible before I bought. If its not too much hassle is there any chance you could check if it runs? I don't think it's a huge file - less than 100mb.

If it's inconvenient don't sweat it, though.

I'm just looking for something as portable as an ipad that gives me the things I can do with my current compaq 311. This sounds almost ideal.

I think you can uninstall a lot of the Office program, it is of course up to the user. I will download and run the digital voice editor - give me the exact name though. No problem to do it.

More portable than this you won't get, it is thinner and lighter than the iPad without the keyboard dock and just slightly heavier with.

I have installed the Digital Voice Editor and it installed without any hassle. The keyboard is actually better than some as the keys are slightly separated and you have a proper keyboard feel.

As I said I will take pics just after ten when my camera comes home.

Thanks a million for doing that. Now feeling seriously torn.

It does everything I want it to do but I'm nervy about the keyboard, given the amount of work it'll get and the size relative to my big mitts.

I'm going to try to find one to get a look at this afternoon and that'll hopefully clarify my mind.

my original plan was to get a second hand ipad as you've done and a bluetooth keyboard but i knew I'd be forsaking the functionality I like from certain windows programmes.

I hesitated last week on here and missed a 64gb one going for £320, albeit with no warranty, so I need to make a decision.

it's just a lot of dough for what would amount to a whim. I'll get back to you!

No problem, but remember I have done the whole of this thread on the Acer W510 and if my fat fingers can type and do everything as needed anybody's can! ;)
