Any other lightscribe users out there? The actual Lightscribe Cd's seem thinner more flimsy than the normal Cd's. But i think when there printed look very profesional. I like them.

what i wanted to tell you is i found a supplier that's really cheap. My local shop said they are not stocking the media because it will not take of, and think its wasting shelf space especialy the Cd's .

I found these guys below offering a very good price for them
and there now in different colours.

The biggest downfall for lightscribe is the cost of the discs, you link works out at 35p (plus p+p) per cdr, my last lot of inkjet printable dvdr's worked out at 18p (inc p+p) per dvdr.

To improve lightscribes chances they need to get it's cost down to sub 20p per dvdr, sad consider you can get a lightscribe capable writer for £20

Thanks for that do appreciate the input Lake . But you got to agree... looks pretty cool when there done I am quite happy with them.

My only bug bearer is I need make Cd's for me and not give them away. :)

Reason i gone to lightscribe i was a big user of fellows.

then my software would not work properly on vista so i took the lightscribe plunge. Don't regret it at all. Got to spend your money on something.
