Certainly looks effective. Can you take a pic with a (large if possible) white sheet of paper on the screen so we can see the difference between white and ALR?

    Cheers.

hi mate will this work with 900 lumens projector xgimi h1 seems brighter than 900 lumens to be honest? i was recommended folk art gunmetal over at avsforum by fttoast , but i think the image was a bit darker than expected, but it seems you added more sterlin silver into the mix, does this make the image brighter than just using 12oz of gunmetal grey? also is this the right poly to use?

    i have 2 options

Hi, yes i added to this mix sterlin silver... with this mixtures:

4x 2oz FolkArt Acrylic Metallic - Silver Sterling
2x 2oz FolkArt Acrylic Metallic - Gunmetal Grey
    12oz poly
    12oz water

and i think this will works Rust-Oleum Varathane 200261H 1/2-Pint Interior Crystal Clear Water-Based Polyurethane if it is Matt

What about the cheaper poly linked above? I prefer not to spend that much on a poly

where can these paint be bought? also, how far away your PJ is from the screen - is there a risk of hotspotting?
what material have you painted on?

My projector is about 19,69ft, hotspotting is depending how far you have PJ. But i know some my friend who have it closer than me and they dont have no hotspott.

    Hey riddleace,
Would you be willing to share your most recent paint mix? Or rather the one that you get the best results with? Is it different than this one you posted earlier?

    1)
    6x 2oz FolkArt Acrylic Metallic 354ml
-2x 2oz FolkArt Acrylic Metallic - Gunmetal Grey it is 667E or 667
-4x 2oz FolkArt Acrylic Metallic - Silver Sterling it is 662E or 662

    2)
12oz some poly water matt 354ml

    3)
    12oz water 354ml

Your screen looks really good. Love the led effects.

    Thanks

    Hello riddleace,

It did not allow me to send you another PM, probably because of my fresh account. Can you please tell me if is still possible to help me with buying colors or renting a sprayer gun? I was not successful with buying premixed solution, because the guy doesnt have time to send me paint to our country, so I will go with FolkArt mix. Thank you. Petr
