I have a sat nav Foehn and Hirsh, and it switches on but i can not access the menu, the screen appears to have frozen. I have charged it fully, so it can't be that, once the screen is on, it won't go off, I have only had it 1 month, when it worked it was brilliant:lease: help?

Depends on where you bought it from. If you have only had it 1 month then your 1st port of call should be the retailer where you bought it.

Foehn & Hirsch Portable GPS Navigation System £49.99@ WH Smith +Quidco - HotUKDeals Forum

There is some discussion on this unit here. As long as you havent changed the software in anyway (by putting 3rd party maps on etc), you should get it swapped out. There is nothing on their website though about the sat nav so im guessing it is a rebranded unit. LCD Televisions and audio-visual equipment from Foehn & Hirsch

sorry I cant directly help. Good luck!

The brand name Foehn and Hirsch is owned/registered by Ebuyer (to make you think you're getting a "German quality" product).
Any redress is with Ebuyer - I'm guessing that must have been your source.
