If I signed up for a free account at Flickr, can I upload photos that feature a copyright notice which includes my Zenfolio site ?

If the pictures belong to you then I think you would be fine. I have seen many people host images with copyright pointing to a site or to some other place. Your not the first and your not the last.

Your account is also review my a flickr member of staff.
