    Anyone experienced this ?

I was watching Battlestar Galactica on Sky One last night when it happened. I have my Sky connected directly to my plasma using RBB Scart (IXOS XHT611), so I thought my picture should be as good as it's going to get?

Is this just the reception from Sky or can I get rid of it myself

Any idea what could cause this? It sometimes flashes light then dark, not really noticeable so as to really annoy, but it's bugging me all the same! Could it be just the reception in my area or maybe bad connections to the sky box?

It could be a dodgy sky box I suppose, or weak signal, has the dish moved? Failing that, try another scart on the plasma, just to eliminate it from the possible, I have known a set top box to disagree with a particular input.

    Hi Micol

I had the same problem with My Hitachi PD3000.

    The following alleviated the problem.

In the picture settings menu turn off the Cinema Mode and the black stretch options and the flickering of brightness should stop
