Flicker/Pulse Problem on Sony FX65

Anyone have experience of slight flicker/pulsing problem particularly with green or very dark scenes? It happens with all source material including DVDs

With the green gun switched off the problem is totally absent but no matter how much I tinker with the drive cut ofsf the flicker/pulse is always there as long as the green gun is switched on.

Any ideas?
