Flash game on the DS

Just wondering if the DS can play flash games? I have a PSP at the moment and this can play flash games if i put them on the hard drive, assume it could handle them if they were on a UMD too...

Just wondering if the DS can do this also?

Nope, you have to buy a separate cart and RAM pack for web browsing, and even that doesn't include Flash.
