fixing electric screen help

    hi there
    a local club my mate runs in the watford area has a crt pj and electric screen
    and the screen has decided to stop working(wont drop down)
    anyone around watford area that could have a look at it, or know of a good company, as they may want new bits fitted soon also

    Your best solution would be to acquire the make and model (or at least the make/manufacturer) of this screen.

    Once you know who the manufacturer is, search for a phone number for that company. They will assist you with troubleshooting the screen and tell you who can provide you with the parts needed for replacement (unless, of course, that manufacturer no longer exists). In most cases, replacement parts will come with instructions and may not be too expensive or difficult to replace.

    I supposed someone has checked that power is actually getting to the screen? Sorry for stating the obvious...
    BTW, if its a Stewart screen nothing is cheap.....

    checked it today turns out its the pj!
    comes on for split second then shorts out, and screen is run of a trigger so that explains that!
    need to get the pj looked at then
