    Hi there,

I have just received my Samsung LE32R41B, which I have to say is fantastic! But, I have the dreaded low buzz noise coming from it.

So, should I phone Samsung to get an engineer out to look at it, or RMA it to the company I bought it from and ask for a new one?

    Thanks,
    Me.

Mine got picked up by courier yesterday. I tried to ignore it but it just won't go away!! I refuse to allow a brand new lcd to have to go thru a repair. Send it back as faulty mate. Do all Samsung models have this problem does anyone know?

DO NOT accept a repair because once you do your consumer rights go down the toilet. Send it back and get a refund and then purchase again on a new order, it is the only way to keep all your consumer rights.
