Fittings to mount plasma onto breeze block?

What type of fittings do I need to mount my plasma into breeze block? I have those expanding bolts but I understand that they will shatter the breeze blocks and come away.

There are lots of choices. I used a combination of those expanding bolts (rawlbolts) and heavy duty screws that came with the bracket.

I can't remember what they're called but you could use those liquid filled bolts. After placing them in you tap them to break the seal and the two chemicals mix and harden quickly. I have two relatives who have been in construction decades, and they have been using them confidently for a long time.

Any idea what they're called? I was told to get some anchor sleeves
