I have decided to take the plunge and buy a plasma.

Initially decided on a Sony KEP37M1 as its available in ElectroSaver for £1,329. However have now found the Sony KEP42M1 at Total Digital for £1,425 so its probably worth paying the extra to upgrade in size. Does anyone recommend these plasmas and the two suppliers?

Are the prices decent enough? I'm not bothered about being HDtv compatible as we only watch TV through Sky+ and DVDs.

The only other model I'm considering in a similar price range is the Panasonic 37PE30 Viera.

Can more knowledgeable people reassure me that I'm not making a mistake getting a Sony KEP42M1 and that its a good price?

    Many thanks!
