    Hi everyone..

Just about finished setting up my living room in my new house.

    Basic really..

    Kit list:-

Denon 2803 Amp, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Apple Tv, Sky +, 360 HD-DVD Drive, Linn Komponent 5.1 Speakers and a Samsun 40" 1080p LCD

    Here is a picture:- [IMG]

Its off my mobile, so apologies for poor quality!!

Plastered cables into the wall when we moved in. Got 6m of Chord Chorus cable for my front 2 speakers and used QED low profile for the centre and surrounds.

Got the Soundstyle rack off ebay for £50 :)

    Hope ye all likes....

Nice setup, I like the look of those speakers:smashin: (where have you hid the amp?)

May just be personal preferance, but I would have the left and right speakers further apart to open out the front soundstage a bit more

Yes. I convert most movies using VisualHub to Mp4.

Amp is at the bottom of the av Rack. I would agree with the distance apart of the speakers. I am limited by the length of the cable i bought. Got it for a good price off ebay and was already 2x 3m run

To backup original dvd, bit of a ballache. First, have to use mactheripper to remove protection etc. Then use Handbrake to convery to MP4. Visualhub i use to convert mkv's

    Anyway, more pics..

The stands are a very heavy metal material. Not sure exactly which.

Content on the tv is an HD podcast from the Apple TV
