Fire doors

Mrs Tryingtimes here. Mr is barking directions (for entering his photo for this month's competition) from the bed where he is stranded with Man Flu.

He will hopefully be back later to say a bit about his photo (get well soon luvvie).

Edit: the paracetamol have kicked in and I can just about gather my thoughts.

PP was just conversion from raw (nothing much altered) and a crop.
Exif is:
Date taken: 26 May 2009 07:19:34 (I'm sure it was actually after 8:00 so I'd better check my settings)
50mm ISO 200 f/8 1/60th
Lens was Canon EF50 f/1.8 II
Filter was a Cokin Circular Polariser to kill some window reflections.

Like this - nice bright colours, great pattern from the doors, and the partial view of the fire engine finishes it off nicely.

Good luck with the manfluenza as well...

Its the simplicity thats appealing, however a face looking out of one of the windows would have made it a lot better IMHO.
